These terms apply when you browse or shop with Bike Nation through this online store. Read them together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Privacy and Payment information. South African law applies, and no term excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders and product information

Check the model, size, colour, variant, specification and compatibility before ordering. Contact us for clarification where needed. A basket does not reserve stock. We confirm availability and payment during order processing. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will explain your options and refund amounts due rather than substitute an item without consent.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in ZAR. The checkout total must disclose the price and applicable charges before you place the order. Standard South African delivery is free. Use only payment instructions issued through our checkout or an invoice verified with Bike Nation. Payment must clear before dispatch. Read our Payment Methods page.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping Policy sets out handling, transit times and delivery arrangements. Cancellation, change-of-mind returns, faulty goods and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy. Agreed delivery terms and statutory remedies take priority over general estimates.

Product use, assembly and warranties

Follow the supplied instructions and use products for their intended purpose. A bicycle or component may need assembly, adjustment or a qualified safety check before use; consult the product information and ask us about what is supplied. Do not ride a bicycle you believe is unsafe. Manufacturer warranties, where available for the supplied product, have their own terms and do not replace your statutory rights. We do not promise a universal manufacturer warranty period or authorised-dealer status.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or other users. Brand names belong to their owners. Product photographs are illustrative; any material specification discrepancy should be raised with us before purchase. We will address errors in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Liability and complaints

Nothing limits liability that South African law does not allow us to limit. Email info@bikenation.co.za with your order details and proposed resolution if something is wrong. You retain the right to approach an appropriate consumer dispute body, regulator or court.

Updates and records

We may revise these terms for future transactions. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order. Keep your order confirmation and the terms applicable when you purchase.
