Payment Methods

This page explains EFT, cross-border bank transfers and SWIFT wire transfers. Contact info@bikenation.co.za to confirm which options are available for your order before sending money. Follow only verified payment instructions. Bank logos are for reference and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

EFT / bank transfer

Pay only to the beneficiary account shown on a verified Bike Nation invoice or checkout instruction. Use the order reference provided so the payment can be matched to your purchase.

Cross-border and SWIFT transfers

Contact info@bikenation.co.za before arranging a cross-border or SWIFT payment to confirm availability for your order, beneficiary details, currency and any transfer charges. Cross-border payment does not mean we offer international delivery.

Payment clearance and fraud prevention

Dispatch follows confirmed cleared funds. A payment screenshot or proof-of-payment document is not itself confirmation that funds have cleared. Never share an OTP, password or bank-login details with us. If you receive changed bank details, verify them with Bike Nation before paying.

Refunds

Eligible refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy and are returned through the original payment method where possible. We do not display card or finance-provider logos unless those payment options are actually available.
